Elton John Bi quote
fuckyeahbisexuals: There is nothing wrong with going to bed with someone of your own sex.  People should be very free with sex, they should draw the line at goats.  ~Elton John Thought you might like this quote I came across awhile ago. Submitted by stiched2gethermelissa

Say What..?
Dude: Women are born straight, they "choose" to be gay.
Me: What about the men? If women were born to be with men weren't men born to be with women?
Dude: If a man is gay he can never be straight.
Me: What makes you an authority?
Dude: I just know.
Me: Right. So you're omniscient I see, but there are many stances and "ways" to be gay, we're not just all under the same umbrella.
Dude: What do you mean?
Me: Sexuality is so fluid that yes some play "the field" and they fall for whomever they fall for, others are more "crooked" then straight, while some like to be with the same sex. There isn't just one "way" to be gay.
Dude: *blank stare* ummm...
Me: Let me put it to you this way as far as women go, there are (I think) a few distinct types. The ones who are just "testing the waters," the ones who love who they love more of a "gender blind" approach. AND then there are the ones who never have nor want to be with a man. Thats me. I love men I do, but do I want to be with them intimately? Nope.
Dude: Right. So, no guy could turn you straight?
Me: I don't think anyone can "turn" anyone one way or the other. We are who are. And I can accept that. When will you?
Dude: *smiles*

On Graduating High School
High School, was by far, the hardest 4/5 years of my entire life.  The first 2 years of my high school career were spent in and out of hospital rooms. Roommates battling schizophrenia, bipolarity, and Anorexia; Me, battling Borderline and all the bullshit that caused and came with it. Trying to manage school and a healthy mental state were difficult tasks, alone. Practicing both simultaneously,...

The Blame in Fear
People are afraid of fashion because the idea of it is intimidating.  Imagine: The best dressed people become the ruling class. What does this mean? This concept, itself, is ridiculous. How subjective is dress? Who is best dressed? How do you determine best dressed? Essentially, the best dressed is the individual who wears their confidence, their grace, their passion - and can convince...
